On 24 February 2009 Initto hosted our first Reflection Forum - the first in a line of informative and interesting events. The event saw a high turnout by representatives from various corners of the IT and offshore industry.

The theme of the day was Lean and Agile principles in offshore IT development, and presentations were given by specialist in Lean-Agile Management, Mads Troels Hansen of BestBrains, as well as Managing Consultant at Initto,
Kiran Vas.

Following the presentations, participants engaged enthusiastically in the subsequent discussion, providing both their own views on the topic, as well as challenging questions for the two key speakers.

Initto’s Reflection Forums aim to inspire and challenge IT decision makers to identify new and exciting opportunities within their fields. At future events we will present yet more exciting topics for reflection and discussion.
