In a time of negative headlines, Initto has succeeded in swimming against the tide, and creating a success story that has resulted in 12 new employees at our Ukrainian division.

Unwire – Scandinavia’s most innovative company within mobile solutions – has chosen Initto as its partner in Ukraine, and the team is already in full swing at the facilities in Kiev.

After having worked directly with a Ukrainian partner, Unwire has thoroughly evaluated how a new set-up in Ukraine could be established, and has at the same time naturally assessed the available partners in Ukraine against one another. Initto won this race, and has with its integrated sourcing model and focus on operational efficiency convinced Unwire that together they can further develop and streamline Unwire’s development environment, as well as expand on Unwire’s existing experience of sourcing.

Project Manager, Anders Højbjerg is responsible for the team in Ukraine, and has played a significant role in the process surrounding the selection of a new collaborator.
