One of our core values is diversity. We have a diverse organization in all aspects of the word, and we want to focus on the individuals competences and utilize these fully. Hence we are very proud to have been invited to be part of The Danish Institute for Human Rights’ “Diversity Lab 2009”.

Diversity Lab is a network where companies meet and exchange experiences within increasing, maintaining and fully utilizing diversity. Diversity Lab started up on Monday the 31st of August where Commercial Manager Niels Henrik Sørensen and HR Consultant Sidsel Kerstine Due took part in the first of three workshops on recruitment and maintaining diversity along with 10 other companies. Through Diversity Lab we hope to be able to utilize our diverse employee group even more than we already do as well as making an effort for the Human Right of non-discrimination.
