Niels Henrik Sørensen – COO, Initto A/S

Niels Henrik Sørensen is one of the founding partners of Initto and has been part of the journey to become a Global IT service provider including establishment and management of the entities in India and Ukraine.

Niels Henrik Sørensen has since Initto’s establishment in 2001 been working with management in different positions within the company.

Niels Henrik Sørensen holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and Economics from the Copenhagen Business School.

Lone Thage-Jørgensen – Sales Director, Initto A/S

Lone Thage-Jørgensen is a female professional, who the past 18 years worked within the IT-sector.

Her experience and skills have originated from positions as business analyst, international project manager, sales executive and sales director of complex IT-solutions and consultancy services to C-level in the Nordic financial sector. These positions have been held at CSC, Iocore, Component Software, IBM and Compuware. Of her 18 years experience, half of these have been spent in Norway, from where Lone traveled to clients throughout the world.

Marina Ignatenko - Director of Administration and Finance, Initto Ukraine

Prior to joining the Initto Ukraine, Mrs. Ignatenko worked at Financial Management Office of Embassy of the United States of America, as Senior Financial Analyst. She was responsible for budgeting, controlling and financial reporting. Before that Marina Ignatenko worked as Director of Administration and Finance in the international production company Meyn Food Processing Technology. She successfully launched and managed operations of the company’s representative office in Ukraine. She was responsible for the development and implementation of accounting system, bookkeeping and reporting methodology, building and improvement of processes for the preparation of accounts, analysis and optimization of the financial function. Mrs. Ignatenko started her career at the international law firm Baker & McKenzie.

Mrs. Ignatenko has a Master’s Degree with specialization in international economics, Kiev National Economic University.

Rajat Kumar - COO, Initto India

Rajat Kumar has more than 12-years of experience; working in IT & Telecom industry. For past 10-years Rajat has been working with software services organizations; focusing on onsite-offshore software development. He has been selling and managing software services and application development projects in various geographies including Australia, US, and currently Europe. Rajat is overall responsible for sales, pre-sales, project deliveries and other operational aspects of Initto India.

Rajat has done his Masters in Business Administration from IIPM, Delhi, India and he did his Graduation in Life Sciences (Honors) from Hansraj College, Delhi University, India.
