The Solution
Initto offers our clients access to a pool of highly skilled resources that can be strategically located at client locations to optimize the integrated development centers. The Initto solution is for key offshore resources to be placed close to the client for a period of time. During this period, these resources’ main role will be to integrate themselves into the client's business domain and technical environments. In addition to this, they will also focus on the transfer of business knowledge to the offshore team, and then subsequently manage the delivery from the offshore centers. Initto resources used in such a model will have both the IT skills and the soft skills to manage the input required by the offshore teams to deliver high quality software.
Client Role and Responsibility
The client will be responsible for transfer of knowledge to Initto onsite resources. For the deliveries from the offshore centers, the client will focus on user acceptance testing. Depending on the organization, the client can choose to take full ownership of the technical management and delivery of the offshore development teams, or, in collaboration with Initto, to implement a technical and project management organization.
