KRING Technologies becomes Initto A/S

On September 29, 2008 KRING Technologies officially became Initto A/S. The transformation from KRING Technologies to Initto is much more than just a name change; we have strengthened all aspects of our organization in order to live up to and fulfill our ambition of being the ‘pound-to-pound’ most efficient software provider around.

During this reorganization process, particular attention has been paid to HR and cooperation, which is clearly reflected in the new name, Initto – a contraction of the words ‘in it together.’ This extensive focus on employee relations is evidenced in the fact that our purchase of employee flight tickets has increased more than five-fold over the past two years – a clear indicator that we have increased team spirit within the entire organization – from Copenhagen to Delhi and Kiev. The strong sense of commitment within the organization in turn ensures a strong commitment towards our partners and customers. In fact, our new name is also symbolic and representative of our service offerings towards our customers. We strive to be cost competitive and to continuously deliver services and solutions of the highest quality.

Extensive reorganization and focus on process maturity have lead to a CMMI maturity level 3 certification, and because of our ability to continuously provide our clients with better quality and flexibility, Initto today solves more complex and business critical assignments than before. In addition to our focus on process maturity, it is our goal to continue providing clients and partners with the benefits of our ‘integrated sourcing’ models and philosophy. New premises in Denmark

In addition to changing our name, Initto’s Danish head quarters in September moved to brand new, modern premises at Borupvang 2C in Ballerup. This means both that we have more space for our employees to do their work and welcome clients and partners, and also that we are now located in the same area as some of the biggest IT businesses in Denmark. The move to Ballerup marks a new beginning in an environment that reflects Initto’s high level of ambition and determination.
