Initto establishes 12-man team in Ukraine for new client, Unwire
In the current climate of the financial crisis, Initto has succeeded in swimming against the tide by creating a success story, which has so far resulted in 12 new employees at our Ukrainian development centre.

Unwire – Scandinavia’s most innovative provider of mobile solutions - has chosen Initto as its sourcing partner in Ukraine, and both parties are very excited about the many possibilities this new partnership is likely to bring about.
In forming a partnership with Initto, Unwire will take advantage of Initto’s integrated sourcing model and strong focus on constantly improving operational efficiency in order to streamline and further develop the existing development organization.

Initto hosts its first Reflection Forum with great success

On February 24, 2009, Initto hosted its first Reflection Forum – a new line of events that aim to inspire and challenge IT decision makers. The event saw a large turn-out with participants from various corners of the industry. The theme of the day was Lean and Agile Principles in Offshore IT Development, and the event included presentations by specialist in Lean-Agile Management, Mads Troels Hansen of BestBrains, as well as Managing Consultant at Initto, Kiran Vas.
Initto will host Reflection Forums at regular intervals, and future events will present yet more exciting topics for discussion and reflection.

Initto shares CSR knowledge with the Danish Foreign Ministry

On February 26, 2009, a delegation from the Danish Foreign Ministry visited Initto India with the objective of studying the potential for establishing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consultancy services to Danish companies in India. During the meeting Initto India’s COO, Rajat Kumar presented Initto’s CSR programmes, as well as informed the delegation of the issues that companies trying to engage in Corporate Social Responsibility in India may be faced with.
Once back in Denmark, the delegation will have a meeting with Initto’s Danish office in order to further discuss the possibilities for cooperating on different Corporate Social Responsibility areas.
At Initto we appreciate the increased focus on Corporate Social Responsibility in The Danish Foreign Ministry, and we look forward to further cooperation. |
