Through open communication and collaboration and iterative development, Initto will adopt the agile methodology to develop software that provides our clients with an accelerated delivery cycle and the flexibility to change requirements according to changing business needs.

Initto has created a methodology that takes the best practice from the CMMI framework and combines it with agile models such as Extreme Programming and SCRUM. To achieve short delivery cycles our resources are trained in continuous code integration, pair programming, and test-driven development.
