In order to do this we have built a strong Human Resource department that constantly works on ensuring the happiness of the individual employee. The management is obliged to provide employees with all resources necessary to fulfill their assignments, be it material or immaterial.
When an HR department is working in an optimal manner it helps the company to meet strategic goals by attracting and maintaining employees as well as managing employees’ needs. This is what initto’s HR department strives to do.
