Recruitment Process
We want to make sure that the hiring process works for you as well as for us. We'll give you all the information and support you need to make the right career decision. Your selection process will vary based on the role you have applied for but will typically include the following stages:
Application Stage:
Whether you apply directly to us through our careers website or through a job portal or our staff referral scheme, we will ask you for some background information - this usually involves completing an application form or submitting your resume.
Once we have reviewed your resume and established there is a good fit between your background and the 'essentials' we are looking for, you will hear from our recruitment team. For some roles, you may also have an initial telephonic interview. This helps us assess your skills, background and experience so we can decide if we should invite you to the next stage of the hiring process. Telephonic interviews usually take about 30 minutes.
Interview Stage:
Interviews are usually conducted face-to-face in our offices with one of our recruiters & a line manager. The process and questions will vary based on the role you have applied for, but may explore:
- Your behavioral abilities (we call these 'competencies')
- Your technical skills and background (based on your qualifications and/or relevant work experience)
- Your reasons for wanting to work for us.
We'll make sure you are fully briefed on what to expect from the interview process and what we are looking for.
Selection & Offer:
Assuming everything has gone well for both of us; we will make you an offer. This is a very important part of the overall process. Your recruiter or Initto contact will help answer any questions and support you with any of the practicalities involved in confirming your offer, such as our pre-employment screening process.
